THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINSTRATION FAA
333 EXEMPTION.
OUR PILOTS ARE APPROVED BY THE FAA AND FULLY INSURED.
Overview3sixty's pilot operates under the FAA 333 Exemption which allows for safe & legal use of drones for commercial purposes. The link below offers a description of the exemption. Official verification of our Certificate of Authorization (COA) is available upon request. FAA 333 Exemption
Documents used by the pilot in command (PIC) to ensure the safe operation and flight of the UAS and any documents required under 14 CFR §§ 91.9 and 91.203 must be present at the Ground Control Station of the UAS any time the aircraft is operating.
These documents must be made available by the PIC to present to any law enforcement official or FAA Administrator upon request.
